Policy regression issue with N/D 8.5.3 pubnames.ntf

Why Might Notes Consider a MIME Field To Be Rich Text?

Jake Howlett is writing some code to loop through messages in a Notes inbox and look at the content. He’s a little puzzled as to why, if the message is marked MIME, Notes seems to consider it "Rich Text".
