
Cristian D’Aloisio installed Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.3 on SUSE 64bit, virtualized on VMWARE, but the installer hung. He tried a few things before hitting on the solution.

Suzanne Livingston has posted information on a new backup and restore tool for Connections. Along with a link to the tool, she’s posted some information on how to deploy it and where to find instructions on using it.

Victor Toal is happy to report he found this regression bug during testing and an SPR has been opened. The problem exists in Domino 8.5.2, even with FP1, but is fixed in 8.5.3. He just wants to warn you not to name any fields "eml".

This fix addresses two SPRs for iNotes. The first has to do with users being unable to log back in after logging out and the second is for users not being able to logout when Sametime is enabled.
