Error-operation stopped at your request:mail.box

homas Rajiv had a user, recently upgraded to Notes 8.02, getting this error every time he tried to send a memo. Uninstalling and re-installing the client would work for a day or two, but the error kept returning. He provides both temporary and permanent solutions on his blog.
