Wasted a Day on IE and Notes Previews

Keith Brooks had a user with a problem. Notes Preview wasn’t working. Everything was just blank, but only on one laptop. It took Keith a whole day to track down the problem.

Menu bar and boxes of new memo are missing

It appears there is a problem in the Notes 8.5.2 Standard client where all the buttons for sending or saving mail vanish. This Technote offers some workarounds while IBM looks for more information.
