FastSuite 2.0

PC Week reports that Lotus Development Corp. will release FastSite 2.0 next week. FastSite, designed primarily for corporate intranets, enables users to gather a batch of documents, choose a design for them and automatically convert them to HTML for publishing to a Web server.

PC Week reports that Notes R5 Beta 2 delivers on many of the client customization and information management improvements that Lotus promised earlier this year when it announced that native support for HTML and other Internet protocols would be the foundation for Release 5.

dotOne and Lotus

dotOne Corporation and Lotus Development Corporation have entered into a license and marketing agreement to distribute dotOne software and documentation to cc:Mail customers as a bundled solution. dotOne will also receive a worldwide license to promote cc:Mail for the World Wide Web via dotOne’s Web site.

Take the Novell survey
