<p>Software Systems (SSL), a subsidiary of OHI Group, and one of the leaders in developing business application solutions in the country, recently held the IBM Smarter Content Day 2014.</p><p>The event that was at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was driven by a rich agenda and focused on how the IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) portfolio helps businesses drive growth. With a better experience of and a detailed insight into IBM's Advance Case Management, Datacap and IBM Content Navigator the event made it clear as to why IBM has repeatedly been named the global leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management over the year.</p><p>SSL unveiled the latest version of their Correspondence Management System (CMS) and the Mobility and BI components of the product. SSL CMS has been a market leader in Oman with a large customer base. SSL Showcased the Microsoft Surface and iPad and based CMS Mobility module which enable business management users to respond to organizations correspondence on the move.</p><p>Osama M Henein, general manager, SSL, presented the journey of SSL Correspondence Systems since it was first developed in 1990's. He also highlighted the growth of FileNet user base to over 4000 users in Oman since IBM acquired the product in 2006. . He said, "There are over 30 implementations of IBM FileNet and SSL CMS in Oman, the product has evolved over the years based on the feedback we received from our customer.
