If you are job hunting, take heart. It is not personal if you are finding it difficult! Keep going! Explore all avenues. No one will approach things exactly the same way as you will, nor will they think and analyse things exactly as you do. Doing nothing is never an option if you wish to change your life around to some degree. If you are tired and need a break, stop and take a break! Doing things that you like will give you energy and doing new things will help to prevent you from becoming stuck in particular patterns.

Talking to people family, friends, meeting new people - can revitalise your energy and prevent you from getting into a rut. Searching the web, reading, thinking about what you like to do, what gaps there are in your local market place can help you to generate new business ideas. The internet can connect people. Keeping too much in your own company is not good for your mental health. So try to factor in human contact into your life on a regular basis.

To change your personal settings - take a look at what you do and how you do it. Perhaps ask yourself some questions, such as - what small steps can I take right now to begin to add value and more satisfaction to my life, and what small steps can I make to see if I have a business idea and what capabilities are within me. Write these questions into a note pad and answer them in your own time over the coming days.

If you feel disheartened, then a starting point would be to write down all the things that you have done in your life that you are proud of, all the things you did to help others, the milestones that you overcame to achieve things in your life. Get another friend or two to do the same. Compare notes and have some fun doing it. Explore the possibility of starting up a useful service within your area social, business or community. You can talk and laugh, but then think about it, park it, think about it and other ideas.
