<p>Dimension Data has acquired certain subsidiaries of NextiraOne, a European company that is involved in the area of business solutions and communications services.</p><p>The two-part transaction will see Dimension Data acquire NextiraOne's businesses and its 1,850 permanent employees in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom.</p><p>The company will look to add on NextiraOne's operations in France and Italy in mid-2015, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions.</p><p>Brett Dawson, Dimension Data CEO said, "Last year, the Group announced that it will double its revenue over the next five years from USD 6 billion to USD 12 billion.
