<p>WSO2 today announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the "Visionaries" quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Application Platform as a Service1, which was published on January 7, 2014. The new Gartner report looks at leading vendor offerings in the enterprise application platform as a service (aPaaS) market, which are designed to support the growing number of organizations that are turning to the cloud for their new application initiatives. These initial engagements with SaaS or IaaS have opened the door to utilizing cloud resources more fully. aPaaS is engaged to customize and extend SaaS (and iPaaSto integrate it with other applications).
