<p>Santa Clara, Calif.Business communications company Avaya Inc. introduced new software and collaboration services for the enterprise market.</p><p>The software and cloud-based products include Avaya Aura Collaboration Environment, a new software platform that integrates social, mobile and cloud-based cooperation with business applications; Avaya IP Office 9.0, business software for the midmarket; and Avaya Messaging Service, which provides real-time mobile collaboration and communications via the cloud.
