<p>Online marketplace Snapdeal has partnered with Manak Waste Management Pvt Ltd's ReGlobe to launch a new resale service on its website, reports TechCircle. Using the platform users can sell their used gadgets such as tablets, laptops and smartphones. The company plans to expand the list of categories over time.</p><p>To sell used gadgets on the website, users have required to find their gadget on the website and fill out the Instant Quote form with details regarding the product. The website then give them a quote. If they are satisfied with the quote, users can schedule for the gadget to be picked up.</p><p>After physical verification and collection of the product by their technician, users will be paid by cash in person. The company claims that the resale service will be completely free to the customers. What the company intends to do with the used products is not clear.</p><p>Snapdeal currently accepts only laptops made by Apple, Compaq, HP, Dell, Sony, IBM-Lenovo, Acer and Toshiba. However, if users have gadgets that are not on the website's list then they can write to the company for a quote. The service is presently available in the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, Secunderabad and Hyderabad.
