The transaction closed on September 23rd, 2013.</p><p>This move provides focus and agility for the newly formed entity. As a software-only company, CafeX Communications specializes in delivering leading-edge customer experience management solutions that extend enterprises' existing contact center and communications systems to new channels and use cases. Existing customers and partners of the Fusion software portfolio can expect to receive uninterrupted support during this transition to CafeX Communications. Rami Musallam, founder and chief executive officer of Thrupoint, Inc., is transitioning over to CafeX Communications in the same role and is accompanied by personnel associated with the Fusion portfolio, including sales, marketing, development, and support services.
