<p>PALO ALTO -- With its leadership under fire for its past performance, Hewlett-Packard further revamped its board Monday, expanding it from nine to 12 members and appointing three new directors.</p><p>The newcomers are Robert "Dob" Bennett, former CEO of Liberty Media Corporation; Raymond Ozzie, former chief software architect for Microsoft and founder of Talko; and James Skinner, former CEO of McDonalds and Walgreens current chairman. Their appointments take effect immediately.</p><p>Although the board now has 12 members, HP said it would continue searching for additional directors. Spokesman Michael Thacker said that was in case someone resigns or the size of the board is further expanded.
