<p>Leads a team of performance and capacity specialists in a dynamic and n-tier environment and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and recommending solutions to performance problems with enterprise business applications. Analyzes the design and architecture of enterprise business applications and components to study the performance characteristics of the applications. Identifies and drives optimization changes in the application design &amp; production environment to improve customer experience for mission/business critical IT applications.
