
<p>OLAF FUB SEZ: According to neurologist and author Oliver Sacks, born on this date in 1933, "We speak not only to tell other people what we think, but to tell ourselves what we think."</p><p>TRAILBLAZERS It was 50 years ago that Helen Silliman and Florence "Flossie" Bragg made history by joining the South Wales Fire Company, becoming Erie County's first women volunteer firefighters.</p><p>On July 24, South Wales firefighters will celebrate this milestone by honoring them at a dinner posthumously for Bragg, who died in 2004.
