The technology overhaul provides KPIT Cummins with new levels of unified communication and enterprise mobility to meet the demands of an increasingly mobile and geographically dispersed workforce.</p><p>Tata Communications is now KPIT Cummins' single connectivity partner for both domestic and international Multi- Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and 100 Mbps internet connectivity with dual last-mile resiliency across the company's 20 facilities globally. By consolidating its network, KPIT Cummins is now able to achieve maximum uptime and streamline communications between its employees, customers and offshore development centres.</p><p>Further global collaboration to the business has also been enabled through the deployment of eight private Telepresence rooms, together with multiple video clients across employee laptops and tablets.
