<p>The Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce board of directors said the first united Chamber Annual Awards Dinner was a great success. The milestone event was held Jan. 18 at St. Mary's Institute in Amsterdam, with dinner provided by Lanzi's Catering.</p><p>CONTRIBUTIONS</p><p>SAGE Computer Associates will donate $7,000 to ten local charities as a result of the SAGECares 2012 Community Support program. More than 1,600 people voted for their favorite nonprofit organization in the Arts and Social Services categories, and the two grand finalists, Epilepsy Foundation Northeastern New York and WAMC Northeast Public Radio, will each receive more than $2,000.</p><p>The National Grid Foundation made a significant grant to Catholic Charities' Emergency Energy Assistance Fund, to help meet requests for emergency assistance during the winter months.</p><p><a href="http://www.timesunion.com/business/article/Around-Tech-Valley-4280401.php">Keep reading...</a></p>
