
<p>When it comes to cheese and yogurt, the Swiss don't mess around.</p><p>So when Emmi of Switzerland acquired Cypress Grove, a goat cheese manufacturer in Arcata,Calif., in 2010, tracking and reporting quality control issues became an imperative.
