<p>Bullhorn has won two contracts with UK-based technical recruiting specialist Cititec and Dutch recruiter IT-Staffing. The new Dutch contract is the recruitment software specialist's first major move in the Benelux region.</p><p>All IT-Staffing recruiters are migrating to Bullhorn in early 2013 while Cititec is currently implementing the SaaS CRM/ATS solution throughout its offices in the UK, Holland and Singapore.</p><p>Cititec needed a true web-based platform that was easily scalable and could readily accommodate the agency's expansion. Cititec's chief operating officer Rob Grant explains: "When expanding into new territories you want to focus on building your business and winning new clients, not IT. The truth of the matter is with Bullhorn you only need an internet connection and then you're ready to go.</p><p>"Bullhorn's recruitment software has become the industry standard which makes staff onboarding very efficient. A lot of the recruiters that work for us have already used Bullhorn in the past so it doesn't take long to get them up to speed.
