
<p>CloudSherpas has raised $40 million capital it will use to expand internationally.Atlanta-based Cloud Sherpas resells, integrates and custom develops Google Apps a software-as-a-service suite of business e-mail, information sharing and security applications.</p><p>The company helps businesses switch from traditional messaging and collaboration software, Microsoft Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes to the cloud with Google.</p><p>The Series B round was raised by new investors Greenspring Associates, a global venture capital firm and Queensland Investment Corp., one of the largest institutional investment managers in Australia.
