<p>A SOCIAL enterprise to get more people out cycling is now open for business in Newport.</p><p>Newport City Cycles is open at the Fourteen Locks Canal Centre and rents bikes to members of the public from 3.50.</p><p>The initiative, funded by Newport Unlimited and in partnership with Newport council, will also work with young people not in education, employment or training known as 'Neets', to teach them bike maintenance skills.</p><p>The project is the brainchild of Kyle Williams, a cycling enthusiast from Newport who suffered a serious car accident 10 years ago which left him unable to work.</p><p><a href="http://www.southwalesargus.co.uk/news/gwentnews/10110959.Social_business_can_get_Newport_cycling/">Keep reading...</a></p>
