<p>Dixons Retail is deploying the cloud-based Office 365 desktop productivity suite across the UK, Ireland, the Czech Republic and Hong Kong to support 20,000 users.</p><p>The electrical retailer is using the cloud-based Office versions of Exchange, SharePoint and Lync to aid staff collaboration and support flexible working and save money.</p><p>The retailer says it is moving towards a more mobile strategy, which will mean that colleagues do not have to be at a fixed point to receive information or work collaboratively.</p><p>Currently not all Dixons staff hold email accounts, while multiple email systems, including Lotus Notes, exist across the organisation.</p><p><a href="http://www.computerworlduk.com/news/cloud-computing/3416182/dixons-rolls-out-office-365-20000-users/">Keep reading...</a></p>
