<A target="_blank" href="http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nflsblog.nsf/dx/my-notifications">My Notifications has replaced the MySupport tool</A>. Existing customer subscriptions were automatically migrated October 22. The new site offers new features for support notifications, including options for multiple subscriptions, the ability to specify weekly or daily notifications, and additional delivery methods such as email, RSS feeds or on-line lists.
