iNoogle.it is a Lotus Notes Calendar to Google Calendar synchronization tool. It's currently in beta testing and the developers are looking for volunteers to test it and suggest enhancements or changes. The current version is for personal use but the eventual aim is to create a multi-user server version. If you're interested in testing the software email pete@infonote.com and he'll send you a copy.
