A recent IDC study projected <A HREF="http://www.eweek.com/c/a/Careers/Information-Overload-an-IT-Career-Opportunity/?kc=EWKNLNAV021808STR4">a sixfold growth in worldwide information</A> between 2006 and 2010, from 161 exabytes in 2006 to more than 988 exabytes in 2010.
