IBM announced the first <A HREF="http://www-03.ibm.com/press/us/en/pressrelease/22221.wss">Service Oriented Architecture certification and training program for Federal IT professionals.</A> The program was established to provide knowledge, and share important skill sets needed, for SOA development and adoption.

The 12-week certification program is sponsored by the IBM Federal SOA Institute, and will begin September 12th through December 4th. A second series is scheduled for Spring 2008.
