Good Technology has <A HREF="http://www.thehindubusinessline.com/blnus/15121707.htm">acquired key assets</A> of JP Mobile, whose operations at Dallas and Hyderabad would be integrated into Good Technology. The financial terms of the deal have not yet been announced.
