<A HREF="http://www.candle.com">Candle Corporation</A> and RPR Wyatt announced that they have joined into a partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, RPR Wyatt will develop an add-on for Essential Tools to be used by customers already running Candle's IntelliWatch Pinnacle.
