Lotus and <A HREF="http://www.spectria.com/html/pr_isped0600.htm">Spectria</A> announced the release of the Integrated Special Education (ISPED) system, a Web-based case management solution which encompasses all aspects of servicing students with special needs. This solution is designed to enhance schools' efforts to identify, track, and service special education students while complying with federal and state regulations. ISPED is built on Lotus Domino's integrated messaging and Web application software platform.
