Mass Accessible Housing Registry, a program designed to match people with disabilities with vacant, accessible housing, developed a database that would provide ten statewide Independent Living Centers (ILCs) with information about available accessible housing. Consumers looking for housing could then inquire at the ILCs to get the information they needed. To simplify the database, Mass Access contacted New England INDEX and had them create an easy-to-use and efficient Notes-based database application.
