Computer Reseller News has cited a recent study from the Gartner Group, saying that enterprises using Microsoft software should expect to pay <A HREF="http://www.techweb.com/wire/story/TWB19991011S0020">50 percent</A> more per year through 2002. The Gartner Group said that this is a result of of changes to terms and conditions.
