ZDNN is reporting that IBM plans to introduce software that protects email systems from computer hackers. The software, called <A HREF="http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2175334,00.html">SecureServer</A>, will replace the existing Sendmail delivery software that currently processes more than three-quarters of Internet correspondence.
