IBM Composite Applications wiki

There are some new articles on this IBM site. The first is on Local Composite Applications (.ca files) – local composite application support is now part of Lotus Expeditor and Lotus Notes. The second is titled Out of the box window properties and actions – details the built-in windowing actions and properties available to all composite application components.

Cool SuperNTF Trick: db.TemplateName with @Formula

Kevin Pettitt offers up a trick made possible because SuperNTF allows @DbLookup calls to retrieve design element information. He wanted to know if the current database was a template without using LotusScript. He’s not talking about templates in the .ntf sense, but also those .nsfs designated as a "Master Template" in the DB/App properties.

SpamSentinel v 7.6 Released

SpamSentinel version 7.6 has been released. Changes have been made to the scan engines to add a third level spam check. The change has reduced the number of "undecided" messages enough to allow them to be sent to Notes’ JunkMail folder.
