Fixing Lotus Notes (or any Mac application) that has disappeared off screen

Paul Mooney has had open application windows hide from him on his Mac. The applications are still open, but the window isn’t visible. He’s posted links to a script from MacOSxHints that solves the problem.

Announcing Notes/Domino 8.5.1 part 2: Changing the client access model for Domino

Ed Brill says that, starting today, the Client Access Licenses (CALs) for Domino model will be drastically simplified. There will be two CALs, one for Enterprises and one for Messaging.

8.5.1 eGA on Oct 12th 2009 and Designer is now FREE and UI access via Java

Darren Duke has posted the list of upgrades to expect from Notes and Domino 8.5.1. The release, October 12, will include a number of speed enhancements and more-than-usual the number of bug fixes.
