Deleting a folder from a mail file also deletes it from the archive database

It seems that, under Notes/Domino 8.0.2 and 8.5, if you delete a folder in your active mailfile, that deletion will be "replicated" to an archive copy of the mailfile. The individual messages will not be deleted. This Technote includes a link to the fix.

Policy to Push ST Server and SSO still broken in 8.5.1 for Standard Client

Daniel Nashed warns us that, though there were lots of fixes in 8.5.1, there are still a few bugs in the Standard Notes Client. He provides more information on the problem, and the SPR, if you need the fix.

Loopbacks, Vista vs XP

Andy Pedisich is trying to update his laptop from WinXP so he can still run Domino server on it. He’s run afoul of the "security beast" that won’t let him create loopback adapters and wonders if anyone else has found a fix for this problem.
