Did Domino 8.5.2 (FP1 or HF16) break SMTP?

Keith Brooks isn’t sure if the FixPack or HotFix broke SMTP, or if the problem is elsewhere. Tests seem to show SMTP is only HALF broken. Keith is running out of ideas and would appreciate some help.

DXL importing issue — you may want hotfix

Andre Guirard says there is a DXL import issue with large blocks of data. The fix is in ND 8.5.3 if you’ve run across the problem.
