This paper, sponsored by Compaq Computer Corporation, compares the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for companies implementing Microsoft Exchange using only internal resources versus the cost for using external services to augment their staff. The study shows a strong business case for utilizing external services for planning and deploying Microsoft Exchange.
