IBM is developing a new <A HREF="http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1003-200-1537944.html?tag=st.ne.1002.bgif.1003-200-1537944">XML technology</A>. News.com reports that IBM submitted the specification, called the Trading Partner Agreement Markup Language, to Oasis.
