<p>Jim Fitt grew up in Stellarton in the shadow of one the most successful Canadian companies of all time.</p><p>Every morning on his way to school, he passed by Sobeys Inc. head office, an unassuming building set along the mining town's railway tracks.</p><p>Although the cluster of towns that dot Pictou County may not look like a hotbed of entrepreneurial activity, Fitt always considered starting a business there.</p><p>"Growing up in this community with Sobeys around the corner, it was a forgone conclusion that entrepreneurship is alive and well," Fitt said in a recent interview.
