Prior to joining FNZ Natalie was the Global Head ofIT Planning at Deutsche Bank in London where she wasresponsible for all aspects of infrastructure solutiondesign.</p><p>Natalie was hired initially hired as the FNZAustralia and New Zealand Head of Infrastructure and justbeen promoted to Group CIO - showcasing not onlyopportunities for Women in the tech industry but also theopportunities for career progression at FNZ.</p><p>Nataliesaid:"Women make up 6% of chief executives at theworld's leading 100 tech companies, and that has takenyears to accomplish.
