Extended Systems' XTNDConnect Server 2.4, a server-based synchronization and management product, now supports Symbian's EPOC platform, including smartphones and communicators. <A HREF="http://www.extendedsystems.com">XTNDConnect 2.4</A> was developed by Extended Systems following last summer's purchase of Advance Systems Ltd. and its technologies. Now individuals and corporations that use the EPOC platform can have data access directly to a Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes/Domino server and ODBC-compliant databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, DB2, Extended Systems Advantage Database Server and others.
