Johnson Consulting announced that it has <A HREF="http://support.jconsult.com">upgraded</A> it's cc:Mail support and it's third-party product support. The new system will include a toll-free support number along with the ability for global administrators to call in and get answers. Along with cc:Mail support, Johnson Consulting's support will also be available for it's third-party product line, which includes products like Internet Exchange, Max Compression, Mail Scout, ComAxis and Polaris and RealView. Johnson Consulting has prepared the system to include Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes in the year 2000.
