SmartForce announced that it has formed a strategic relationship with a division of Japanese telecommunications firm Nippon Telegraph and Telephony (NTT) to introduce <A HREF="http://www.smartforce.com">SmartForce e-Learning</A> to Japan. The relationship will include Japanese-language versions of SmartForce's Microsoft Windows 2000 Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco, Lotus Notes and Windows 98 courseware.
