Randy is a high profile figure in the UC market and is a Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Lync.</p><p>The UK arm of the business is strengthening a number areas of its business in light of a successful year. On the commercial side, it has appointed Jeremy Sneller as Head of Sales and Ian Guest as Head of Marketing. Jeremy has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry and has a strong track record for developing business.
