This position also coordinates field service work that's being done by Field Service Technicians at customer facilities and follows up with Field Service Technicians to ensure that customer service activity accomplishes corporate objectives.</p><p>Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and five years of relevant experience in the packaging machine manufacturing industry.Good work history, positive attitude, honest, and a strong work ethic.Ability to resolve electrical and mechanical problems on assigned types of equipment in the packaging machine manufacturing industry.Strong communication, customer service and organization skills. Possess basic knowledge and understanding of Allen Bradley PLC logic; programming skills on a wide variety of machine controls is a plus.
