<p>Adobe announced today that their Creative Cloud offering is getting a major update. The service adds more than a dozen new features available to Photoshop users, while also introducing a Creative Cloud for teams. The teams product is targeted at graphic artists who need to collaborate, and offers a desktop app called Creative Cloud Connection to support artists who share and collaborate on projects using Adobe's apps.Photoshop Updates</p><p>The new features unveiled today in the Creative Cloud are available to Photoshop CS6 users, and include:Support for Apple's Retina displays on the MacBook Pro 13 and 15. This feature was also made available to non-cloud CS6 users via a software update.Website designers receive the ability to export CSS code for text and objects, and the ability to import color swatches from web files.Workflow enhancements and Conditional actions designed to speed up image processing, enhancement, and refinement. These include Crop tool refinements and user-defined Conditional Actions that can enhance your individual workflow.Enhanced preview of three dimensional effects such as shadows and glows via OpenGL enhancements.</p><p>Creative Cloud, now for Teams</p><p>Creative Cloud for Teams is Adobe's collaboration software for graphic artists and professionals. While busy businesspeople have had collaboration tools like Lotus Notes or SharePoint, graphic artists have often been hampered by the massive file sizes associated with their work. With ubiquitous broadband access, these artists can finally take their work into the cloud. The Teams edition enhances the desktop, publishing, and file sharing tools available in the individual version by adding an additional 80GB of cloud storage per user (for a total of 100GB per user), as well as centralized license, billing, and user management.
