Three former executives from IBM and Lotus Development announced they have formed <A HREF="http://www.engenia.com">Engenia Software</A>, Inc. to develop and market a distributed, collaborative software suite that promotes enterprise-wide coordination of initiatives, strategies and projects. Engenia founders include Jeffrey Crigler, formerly IBM's Vice President of Internet Information Technologies; Nigel Elkan, formerly Director of Lotus Development's Knowledge Management marketing strategy; and Jeffrey Kay, formerly IBM's Chief Architect for Cyptolope products.
