Lotus Development Corp. announced that it has <A HREF="http://www.lotus.com./">acquired</A> ONEStone Holding, Inc. and its workflow software technologies to enhance the ability of Lotus' customers to develop productivity-boosting workflow applications. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
