ReduceMail Pro Journal is the latest addition to the ReduceMail Pro suite of mail management products offered by Avalon.

Many organizations that have R6, R7 or R8 have utilized its native journal feature, which creates a data-rich log of all mail. However, this Notes journal is quite large, unwieldy and encrypted, preventing effective use of this critical data. In addition, the journal content that is needed is often limited to those users who need journaling for regulatory, compliance or audit purposes. ReduceMail Pro Journal extracts only the relevant journal content and the Lotus Notes administrator is then able to perform a search on the Journal Extract. This process makes it possible to audit large mail journals in a time efficient manner.
