<p>HP has added three new faces to its boardroom, including former Microsoft executive Ray Ozzie.</p><p>He is joined by Robert Bennett, former CEO and president of Liberty Media, and James Skinner, former CEO of McDonalds, in a board line-up that now has 12 members.</p><p>Transparency is a pillar of HP's culture and our turnaround. We are confident that these executives will hit the ground running as the board works to provide world-class corporate governance and support of Meg and her team's enormous turnaround efforts.</p><p>Ozzie is a familiar face in the tech industry, having previously worked as CTO and chief software architect at Microsoft until his departure in 2010, in addition to gaining fame as the creator of Lotus Notes.
